James David Custom Homes came to us for help documenting their home builds. What they got was an end-to-end content marketing strategy to position them as the go-to professionals in the custom home building space. After digging into their brand and scope of projects we found a golden opportunity: showcase some of their current builds that happened to be cut into hillsides, and answer a question that many homeowners struggle with: “is building on a hillside safe?”
So we created a 4-part series on what it takes to build on a grade. The result was an increase in trust in their current prospects as well as driving direct leads as a result of the videos gaining notoriety and a tens of thousands of views on YouTube.
